David I can’t thank you enough. Your wisdom over the last couple of years made me move from the sidelines to taking a generational trip. I sincerely wish you a merry Christmas. Thanks to you we are having one, even have some spare fiats to go to the beach, my wife is very happy about that. Thank you brother.

That really is a scary chart, specially when it is open to the upside, limited only by the solvency of the institutions and their ensurers. Probably, there will be geopolitical consequences in the immediate future. If the banks are the immediate cause of this disaster, they may not be bailed out this time?? Probably the governments involved could not afford to....So is it War?? Certainly, contract holders would be very reluctant to accept 'Freshly printed fiat' as settlement!

This is reminiscent of history, only this time the drug is Debt, no Opium.
