The western elements seem a bit disorganised or panicky? I wonder about logistics, will they have to move physical from Shanghai to Chicago?
Logistics are not complicated. Can move 3+M oz at a time on 747 air freighter.
Do we know what type of volume these guys would purchase? Do they have outstanding deliveries or just getting ready?
bullion banks have net short position on COMEX of 176M oz. don't know details beyond that. London short position unknown. how much banks have borrowed from ETFs is unknown.
